Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Eagle Exped, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business. Please review the following terms carefully:

1. Cancellation by the Customer

  • 30 Days or More Before Departure: If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the scheduled departure date, you will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or booking fees.

  • 15-29 Days Before Departure: If you cancel 15-29 days before departure, you will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount, after deducting any non-refundable deposits or booking fees.

  • 14 Days or Less Before Departure: Cancellations made 14 days or less before the departure date are non-refundable. However, in exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergencies), we may offer a partial refund or a credit towards future travel, at our discretion.

2. Cancellation by Eagle Exped

In the unlikely event that Eagle Exped must cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or insufficient group participation), you will be entitled to one of the following options:

  • Full Refund: You will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the booking.
  • Alternative Tour: You may choose to transfer your booking to an alternative tour of equal or lesser value, subject to availability.

3. Changes to the Itinerary

If any changes are made to the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions or road closures), we will make every effort to offer suitable alternatives. No refunds will be given for itinerary changes unless the entire tour is canceled.

4. Refund Process

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. The refund will be made via the original payment method, and any transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Non-Refundable Services

Some services, such as permits, third-party bookings (e.g., flights, hotels), and government fees, are non-refundable. These costs will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself from unexpected cancellations, delays, or emergencies that could affect your travel plans.
